Vintage 2 Piece Cinderella Blue Nightgown and Robe Set

This is the pièce de résistance of this collection. The set is comprised of two pieces: the nightgown and the robe. 

The nightgown is stunning! Beautiful square neck with soft white lace/fleece adornment. The shoulders are raised a little to give this dainty, flowing sleeve. The stitch under the bust is curved to give a delightful feminine framing. The ruching on the bust adds a delicate touch of classy sexiness 

The robe / over gown has a single pearl button fastening. The neck has the same soft, white, lace/fleece trim that comes down in a V-neck close. This complements the square neck of the gown. With similar delicate ruching that allows the gown to flow and flatter the wearer. I believe they are both made of nylon.

Flaws: the arms of the robe, have a little piece of elastic on the bottom to help with the shape. The original owner made a 1" cut above the elastic to give it a bit more give but not ruin the shape of the sleeve. Minor holes in the bottom due to age. The nightgown has a small, very faint stain on the front left of the gown 11" down from the waist,  1" away from the side seam. It is not noticeable unless looking for it.
